LiFeng Machine Co., Ltd, a joint-stock company, which is a subsidiary of LiFeng Machinery Group, specializes in DNC Beam Press-brake, DNC Hydraulic Beam Shear, Hydraulic Beam Press-brake, Beam Straightening Lapping Machine and equipment of cold forming production line, sectional production line, machine automatic lacquering production line, etc.
Covering a area of 150.000㎡ with a standard factory area of 45.000㎡, LiFeng has sections of LiFeng Heavy Industry, LiFeng Numerical Control, LiFeng Cylinder, Beam Straightening Machine, cold forming production line and sectional production line. LiFeng has 600 employees; among them there are over 100 engineering personnel in the top technic-developing center. About the producing equipment, there are lots of imported processing machines including the largest φ220/200/150/160 DNC Floor Boring-milling Machine, Milling Planer, Facing Machine and Grinder. The products are designed by professional software DATA from German. About the automatic control software development, we with Tsinghua University, Aviation industry department and so on, successfully developed the automatic control software, the Steel Plate production line and software. LeFeng has won the first-class Cooling Models Line Prize, which is the precedent of China in the machine production line and the applied software of the HAVC zone. About production management, LiFeng utilizes the MRPⅡ management system with scientific management, scientific flow control and scientific material distribution to lower the production cost but improve the products’ quality. So, we have passed the German TUV ISO 9001 and China CQC ISO 9001:2000 certification.
